A Stoutsville man died in Ralls County yesterday afternoon [Friday] on Route D, 4 miles south of Perry.
According to the highway patrol, 69 year old Guy Wuger suffered a medical issue while driving a 2009 Kenworth.
He went off the left side of the roadway and struck a fence.
The crash reports indicates Wuger’s death in a non-traffic fatality.
