A Fulton man has been found guilty of statutory sodomy in the first degree in a bench trial in a Callaway County Court.
Forty three year old Christopher Gregory Feltner molested an 11 year year old victim when the child was spending the night at Feltner’s home in November of 2018.
The judge scheduled post trial motions and sentencing for January 20.
Feltner is facing a minimum sentence of 10 years in prison and must serve 85 percent of any sentence the judge may impose.
Feltner will remain in custody pending the sentencing hearing.
