Sex Offender Compliance Check Nets 14 Arrests

The Audrain County Sheriff’s Office, along with the United States Marshals Office and the Missouri State Highway Patrol Digital Forensics Unit, conducted a comprehensive compliance check of 95 registered sex offenders residing in Audrain County between November 4 and November 8.

As a result of the check, 14 offenders were found to be out of compliance with their sex offender registry requirements and were arrested.

The sheriff’s office reports those arrested were:

Charles A. Raynor

William J. Hill

Roger D. Holt

Charles W. McCurdy

Anthony S. Barker

Sam F. Polacek

Timothy A. Chatman

Theodore I. Lewis

Walter J. Maddox

Terry S. Harrison

Cody K. Moore

Joseph L. Jennings

Rochella R. Bland

Danny E. Jennings

All of them were booked in the Audrain County Jail and later court ordered to be released with conditions set by the court.

Law enforcement is still seeking one person for being non-compliant.  That person has been identified as Jeremiah Z. Clark.
