Martin Keller is the General Manager of the Audrain County Handi-Shop in Mexico which employs about 65-75 people with certified disabilities.
Mr. Keller stopped by to discuss a bill that was recently passed by Congress that wants to do away with rules to allow employers to pay people with disabilities less than minimum wage.
