Six of Mizzou Athletics’ most highly compensated staff members are agreeing to take a voluntary reduction in their salaries from May 1st through July 31st.
Mizzou Athletics Director Jim Sterk made the announcement last night.
Sterk along with Mizzou Head Football Coach Eli Drinkwitz, Head Men’s Basketball Coach Cuonzo Martin, Head Women’s Basketball Coach Robin Pingeton, Head Wrestling Coach Brian Smith and Head Baseball Coach Steve Bieser will take the pay cuts.
Lincoln University is naming a new head coach of the women’s basketball team.
Andrea Mize will take over the roll.
Mize was given a virtual tour of the facilities because the coronavirus pandemic prevented her from meeting in person.
She comes to Lincoln University after coaching at the College of Central Florida.
