Thrift Shops In Mexico Take Different Reopening Approach
Two Mexico thrift shops are taking different approaches to reopening.
In a Facebook post yesterday, the Laura Miller George Help Center announced their Thrift Store will resume limited hours tomorrow, opening Monday through Friday from noon until 4.
They will allow only 6 people in the store at a time and will accept donations of household items Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at door #2 at the rear of the building.
Across town, the Handi-Shop and Seconds to Go will be remaining closed.
In a Facebook post Friday, they say they will remain closed several more weeks to ensure the health and safety of their high-risk employees.
Household donations and recycling items will not be accepted until they reopen and that announcement will be made on their Facebook page.
