Arrest warrants are now issued for three people believed to be involved in the homicide of 25 year old Chance Davis on June 27th in the 800 block of West Street in Mexico.
According to Mexico Public Safety the warrants have been issued for 22 year old Deyton Curtis-Fisher of Mexico, 25 year old Timothy Midgyett of Columbia and 23 year old Sadiq Moore of Kirksville.
It is believed the 3 are currently in the area of Quincy, Illinois and law enforcement in that area are aware.
On July 15th, the Pike County, Illinois Sheriff’s Office stopped a vehicle being driven by Midgyett and he is said to have drove from the stop while officers were trying to identify his passenger.
After a pursuit, officers lost the vehicle.
Their investigation indicated the passenger was Sadiq Moore.
The case has been turned over to the Audrain County Prosecuting Attorney and charges have been filed.
