The Mexico Bulldogs fell to the Hannibal Pirates 34-13 on the road tonight (Friday).
It was a scoreless first quarter.
Hannibal would go score twice in the second quarter getting out to a 12-0 lead.
Mexico would put up their first points of the game with just 9 seconds left to go until halftime on a 2 yard run from Dante Billups making the score 12-7 going into the break.
Hannibal would score 3 times in the second half to pick up the win and remain undefeated on the season improving to 4-0 and 2-0 in the North Central Missouri Conference.
Mexico is now 2-2 on the year and fell to 1-1 in the NCMC.
The Bulldogs are back at home next week for the 54 bowl against the Fulton Hornets.
