A Fulton man is in the Callaway County Jail and is charged with possession of child pornography.
Fulton Police say they originally responded to a domestic disturbance at East Chestnut on October 24th.
Investigators say they determined 36 year old Kirk Buffington was possibly in possession of child pornography and several electronics were seized.
After the the electronics were processed police say it was determined Buffington was in possession of videos and hundreds of image of child pornography.
