Two seats are expiring on the Mexico Board of Education for the April Election.
The Mexico Board Of Education is expected to approve at tonight’s (Tuesday) meeting for board filings to open on December 15th at 8am and close on January 19th.
The 2 board seats that are expiring in April include Scott Nichols and Nate Birt.
It is a three year term and qualifications include being on time as a Mexico resident taxpayer, at least 24 years of age, a Missouri resident for one year, a United States Citizen and no felonies.
The election will be held on April 6th.
