Crews are working today putting up the lights on the A.P. Green Christmas Tree at the United Credit Union in Mexico at 802 East Breckenridge.
A tree lighting ceremony is being planned for November 28th with members of Janet’s Dance Studio performing from 4:00 to 4:30pm.
Christmas carols will be sang from 4:30 to 5pm with hot chocolate and cookies also available.
Then the tree will be lit at 5pm.
This is the 51st year for the A.P. Green Christmas Tree.
