Forty seven doses of COVID-19 vaccines is now in the arms of people after a first dose and booster vaccination clinic yesterday (Friday) morning in Audrain County.
The Audrain County Health Department administered 25 Johnson & Johnson doses and 23 Moderna doses in four hours, according to staff at the clinic.
According to Audrain County Health Department Public Information Officer Chris Newbrough, 23% of Audrain County are fully vaccinated and 27% of the county has at least one dose.
Audrain County as a whole has administered over twelve thousand doses.
The next clinic is on Wednesday, May 26th from 8am until 4pm at the Farber Fire Department.
