Summer School Getting Underway In Mexico School District

The Mexico School District will hold summer school starting today (Tuesday).

1167 students are enrolled this year according to the district.

According to an email from the district the summer school program will continue to follow all guidelines set by the Caring Comeback plan including all precautionary measures that had been put in place during the regular school year.

The mask mandate ended on May 26th, so no masks are required during the summer school.

Breakfast and lunch are free to all children through age 18.

Summer school will run from 7:54 am until 3pm Monday through Friday until June 25th.
