Callaway County Court Results From July 16th & July 19th

In cases heard in Callaway County Circuit Court July 16th & 19th:

32-year old Matthew Lynn Atterberry of Fulton pleaded guilty to stalking, endangering the welfare of a child, resisting arrest and violating an order of protection and was sentenced to 4 years in prison on the stalking charge with a suspended imposition of sentence to 5 years of supervised probation and 90 days in jail on the other charges.

25-year old Malik Noland Robinson of Fulton pleaded guilty to distribution of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to distribute and resisting a lawful stop and was sentenced to 7 years in prison on the drug charges and 4 years for resisting the stop.

35-year old Timothy James Dye of Fulton pleaded guilty to two counts of unlawful use of a weapon and possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 3 years in prison on each charge.

30-year old Joshua Aaron Redmon of Holts Summit was sentenced to 4 years in prison with a suspended imposition of sentence to 5 years of supervised probation after pleading guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

30-year old Fulton resident Christopher Antonio Robinson pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 2 years in prison and since he violated his probation, was sentenced to 5 years for the original charge.

41-year old Gregory Kenneth Twillman of Fulton pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was sentenced to 3 years in prison with a suspended imposition of sentence to 5 years of supervised probation.

24-year old Joseph Buckholz-Belcher of Mexico failed to appear for court and had a warrant issued for his arrest.
