Less than a month after the official ribbon cutting for their Mexico location, Blue Anchor Bistro is announcing the closure of both their Warrenton and Mexico locations.
In a Facebook post, Chef Lee Gustin cites an uncertain economic climate as their decision to close.
Owner of the building in Mexico that housed the bistro, Candaice Lauderdale, told those that attended a ribbon cutting for Cora Blue Antiques on August 25th that another restaurant will soon occupy that location.
The new restaurant will serve fried chicken and other homestyle fare.
