Former Substitute Teacher To Be Arraigned In Audrain County Circuit Court
A former substitute teacher in Mexico accused of child sex crimes is set to be arraigned in the Audrain County Circuit Court this (Monday) afternoon.
51 year old Randall R. Gibboney was arrested on August 23rd, 2021 by Mexico Public Safety for Third Degree Child Molestation with a child under 14 years old, invasion of privacy with a victim under 18, possession of child pornography and sexual exploitation of a minor.
Gibboney waived his right to a preliminary hearing at the Audrain County Courthouse last month.
He is set to appear before Judge Jason Lamb at 4 this (Monday) afternoon.
