Mexico Bulldogs Push Unbeaten Record To Twenty One With Victory Over Battle Spartans At Columbia Hall Of Fame Classic

The Mexico Bulldogs boys basketball team remained unbeaten on the season after taking out the Battle Spartans 60-49 in the Father Tolton Hall of Fame Classic this (Saturday) afternoon.

The Bulldogs and Spartans were tied at 15 after the first quarter.

Mexico would take a four point lead into halftime.

Then the Bulldogs got a little separation from the Spartans in the third quarter outscoring them 19-13 including a jam from Jordan Shelton.

Four Bulldogs boys got into double digits including 14 points from Michael White.

A double-double from Daeye Miller who finished with 14 points and double digit rebounds.

Isaiah Ream had 12 points.

And Jordan Shelton contributed 10.

Mexico pushed their record to 21-0 and went a perfect 4-0 this week with wins over Marshall, Moberly, St. Elizabeth and the Battle Spartans.

Up next Mexico could clinch the North Central Missouri Conference with a win against the Fulton Hornets on Tuesday night at Fulton.
