ARRESTS:

Mexico Public Safety reports the arrest of 37 year old Pascual Torres-Valencia yesterday (Tuesday) for a DWI and driving without a valid Missouri license.

CALLS FOR SERVICE:

Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service yesterday (Tuesday):

A reported burglary in progress at the West Breckenridge apartment building.

Vandalism at Plunkett Park.

a rail road crossing problem on the corner of South Calhoun and East Liberty.

An unwanted subject on North Clark.

A fraud at South Muldrow.

Shop lifting at 2825 South Clark and at 4820 South Clark.

Threat on West Monroe.

A dumpster fire at Hardin Park.

An intoxicated person driving on West Promenade.

CAR ACCIDENTS:

A 2 car accident yesterday (Tuesday) on East Liberty at Agricultural. According to the accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 28 year old Susan D. Grossman entered the intersection of Agricultural and East Liberty and vehicle driven by a 16 year old Mexico resident went through a red light entering the intersection and a collision happened. Grossman was taken to the Boone County Hospital for an evaluation.
