Giboney Requests Change Of Venue & New Judge
A Mexico man accused of sex crimes with minors is requesting a new judge and a change of venue.
Randall R. Giboney was arrested in August, 2021 for Third Degree Child Molestation with a child less than 14 years old, invasion of privacy with a victim under 18 years of age, possession of child pornography and sexual exploitation of a minor and waived his right to a preliminary hearing in January.
The judge approved the change of venue and judge and the case will now be rescheduled.
