ARRESTS:
Mexico Public Safety reports the arrest of 25 year old Richard L. Frazier yesterday (Tuesday) for an O’Fallon warrant and three Lincoln County warrants.
CALLS FOR SERVICE:
Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service yesterday (Tuesday);
A utility line down on West Boulevard.
A careless and imprudent driver on East Liberty at Sonic.
A domestic verbal incident at Neptune.
Threats on South Clark.
Shoplifting at the West Plaza Shopping Center.
A fight in progress on East Monroe.
A suspicious person at the South Clark apartment building.
CAR ACCIDENTS:
A 2 car accident on Jefferson at Liberty yesterday (Tuesday). According to the accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 62 year old Rhoda Craycraft of Vandalia ran a stop sign and hit a vehicle driven by 83 year old Shirley Marty of Mexico. No injuries reported.
A 2 car accident on Liberty at Jefferson yesterday (Tuesday). According to the accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 29 year old Miles Frasher of Mexico failed to stop at a stop sign and hit a vehicle driven by 38 year old Brian Friedrich of Mexico. A passenger 39 year old Robin Friedrich had a slight cut on her eyebrow, however was not transported to the hospital.
A 2 car accident at the corner of Muldrow and Breckenridge yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon. According to the accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 79 year old Kathryn Braden of Centralia turned in front of a vehicle driven by 40 year old Michelle Hollingsworth of Paris. Hollingsworth’s vehicle came to rest in the front yard of 521 Breckenridge. A stop sign at the north/east corner of Breckenridge was damaged in the accident. Minor injuries were reported, however no one was taken to the hospital.
