The Audrain County Sheriff’s Department is announcing the promotion of Detective Sergeant Jimmy Enlow to Captain, commanding the sheriff’s patrol division.

Jimmy is a 30-year law enforcement veteran, and has been assigned to patrol his entire career as a Deputy Sheriff, Patrol Sergeant and Detective Sergeant.

He began his career with the City of Centralia before coming to the Audrain County Sheriff’s Department in 2002.

He takes over the position for Steve Kennemore who was with the department since July 2009.
