One driver failed to stop and piled three vehicles into the back of a school bus near Madison on Tuesday afternoon.
The bus was dropping off passengers on eastbound Highway 24. Angela Mesmer, in a Buick, was stopped behind the bus, and Ronald Davis, in a Malibu, was behind her.
According to the highway patrol, Robert Morgan, in a Ford F-150, failed to stop, causing a domino effect, piling all three cars into the rear of the bus.
Mesmer and Davis had minor and moderate injuries, respectively, and sought their own treatment. Morgan was taken to Moberly Regional Medical Center by ambulance. No injuries were reported on the bus.
