Man Wanted for August 31 Shooting on Old Highway 63 In Custody

The man who shot at and seriously injured a driver on Old Highway 63 on August 31st has turned himself in.

Jeffrey David Tubbs, 50, of Columbia, turned himself in to the Boone County Jail on Monday evening and is being held without bond.
