Mexico Public Safety is releasing more information on the fatal fire and the Elmwood Drive fire that occurred on December 23rd.
They have determined that both fires were caused by a person or persons and the investigation into what occurred is ongoing with both Mexico Public Safety and the Missouri State Fire Marshals office investigators.
The fire in the 1200 block of West Breckenridge claimed the life of 60-year old Ruth Ann Stuart of Mexico.
