
The Community R-VI Trojans boys are now even on the season at 8 – 8 following Friday’s loss to New Franklin.
According to coach Tad Shotten, the Trojans played hard but New Franklin plays deep and with a style that fits their personnel and depth and that depth is what beat the Trojans.
The Trojans were led by Gavin Allen with 20, Mason Carroll with a dozen and Brant Cope with 5 points.
The final was 77 – 44.

University of Georgia is mourning the loss of football player Devin Willock and football staffer Chandler McCroy who were killed in a car crash early yesterday morning, just hours after celebrating their national championship win with a victory parade and celebration in Athens, Georgia.
Two other players in the vehicle were injured and are in stable condition according to the University.
