A Centralia man is charged with two counts of child enticement of a child younger than 15 years old after police say he was sending inappropriate messages to minors in a chatroom application.
26-year-old Tanner Burton is being held at the Boone County Jail without bond.
An arraignment was held yesterday (Friday) at the Boone County Courthouse.
According to court records a woman Burton was dating went through his phone on Wednesday because she thought he was cheating on her and found explicit messages to children.
The woman went to the Centralia Police Department where officers allegedly found several messages sent to multiple minors that were sexually explicit.
