Two people have injuries after a two-vehicle crash in Boone County early yesterday (Monday) morning.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol it happened on Route B, just south of Route HH, when a 16-year-old boy from Hallsville was driving a vehicle north on Route B, swerved into the southbound lanes to avoid hitting a deer and struck a vehicle driven by 55-year-old Tammy Alexander of Centralia.
The juvenile had moderate injuries and Alexander has serious injuries.
The road was closed for 90 minutes, according to Boone County Joint Communications.
