The Missouri Tigers senior kicker Harrison Mevis lifted his team with a last-second winning field goal in a 33-31 victory over the Florida Gators on Saturday, November 19, 2023.
Trailing 31-30, the Tigers faced a fourth-and17 at their own 33-yard line with under a minute remaining when junior quarterback Brady Cook found sophomore wide receiver Luther Burden for a 27-yard-gain.
Missouri then recorded a pair of first down completions to wide receivers Mekhi Miller and Mookie Cooper.
Harrison Mevis then kicked a 30-yard field goal with five seconds remaining to give Mizzou their 9th win of the season.
Up next Missouri will face Arkansas on Friday in Fayetteville.
The St. Louis Blues lost 5-1 to the Los Angeles Kings on the road on Saturday night.
