
The Mexico Bulldogs varsity boys and girls basketball teams each picked up double-digit wins over the Marshall Owls on Tuesday night at the Mexico High School.

The Mexico Lady Bulldogs defeated the Marshall Lady Owls 50-36.
The Lady Bulldogs were led offensively by Claire Hudson who had a game high 26 points including 3-three pointers.
Jordyn Thurman recorded 10 points.
The Mexico girls improved improved to 2-4 on the season and 1-0 in the North Central Missouri Conference.

The Mexico Bulldogs boys were playing their home opener and cruised to a 70-40 victory over Marshall.
Three Mexico players ended up with double-digit scoring.
Senior point guard DJ Long put up 22 points.
Charlie Fisher recorded 13 points.
And it was Jayden Eldidge with 12 points.
Mexico improved to a perfect 5-0 on the season and 1-0 in the NCMC.
Up next the Mexico boys and girls teams will play in the Norm Stewart Classic at Mizzou Arena on Friday, December 8th.
