A Fulton man is facing several charges after authorities said he uploaded multiple videos to a social media app.
31-year-old Paul Daniel Randolph is being held at the Callaway County Jail without bond.
The Boone County Sheriff’s Office Cyber Crimes Task Force received a tip on November 9th from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children according to the probable cause statement.
The tip indicated Randolph uploaded videos on August 4th from an IP address registered at Randolph’s address.
Law enforcement executed a search warrant, where Randolph allegedly admitted to owning the email address associated with a Kik account and a cellphone associated with the account was found hidden in a piece of furniture, according to court documents.
