The Mexico Lady Bulldogs and the Fulton Lady Hornets clash in the Class 4 District 8 Tournament semifinals on Wednesday, February 28, 2024.

This will be the fourth meeting between the two teams this season.

Fulton has won two games and Mexico has won one game in the head-to-head meetings this season.

Tip off is at 7:30.

KXEO will be broadcasting the game live and it will be streaming live on KXEO.com.

Pregame with head coach Makenzie Mudd starts around 7:15.

The Mexico Bulldogs boys basketball team will face the Kirksville Tigers on Thursday, February 29, 2024. Kirksville defeated Moberly 67-49 on Tuesday night in the district quarterfinals. Mexico and Kirksville will play at the Centralia High School with a 6pm tip.  The game will be broadcast on AM 1340 KXEO and streaming on KXEO.com.

Centralia Panthers boys squeaked past Macon 47-46.

In boys high school basketball sectionals it Salisbury defeating Tipton 46-36.

Harrisburg took out Canton 53-38.

Salisbury and Harrisburg meet on Saturday afternoon at 2 with a trip to the final four on the line.

The Montgomery County boys are now just one game away from the final four after beating Versailles 56-40.

In Class 4, the California outlasted Fulton 65-63.

Boonville eliminated Marshall 71-56.

University of Missouri men’s basketball squares off on the road with Florida on Wednesday, February 28, 2024.

Tipoff is set for 5:30.

The St. Louis Cardinals announced Tuesday that they have signed free-agent shortstop and lifetime San Francisco Giants star Brandon Crawford to a one-year contract.

The 37-year-old Crawford has been a three-time All-Star, four-time Rawlings Gold Glove recipient and two-time World Series Champion over his 13-year- Major League career with the Giants.

In Spring Training the St. Louis Cardinals and Boston Red Sox played to a 3-3 tie.

The Kansas City Royals played split squad games.

Kansas City lost to the San Diego Padres 6-3.

The Royals defeated the Colorado Rockies 4-3.


The St. Louis Blues lost 4-2 to the Winnipeg Jets.

The Blues have now lost four of their last five games.
