Man Dies In Fatal Shooting Just Outside Of Steedman
One person is dead after a fatal shooting in Callaway County early morning hours of Saturday, March 2, 2024.
Callaway County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a reports of a disturbance just before 1:45am in the 8000 block of State Road CC, just outside of Steedman.
During the incident, an employee of a business discharged a firearm, resulting in a man’s death.
The confrontation was an isolated incident and there is no threat to the public according to the new release.
The investigation is continuing and no further information is being disclosed at this time.
