Fulton Man Arrested For Allegedly Stabbing Relative In The Back With A Pocket Knife Multiple Times

A Fulton man is in the Callaway County Jail being held without bond after an arrest this week where he is accused of stabbing a family relative.

According to court records 20-year-old Christopher Hux of Fulton was arrested on Tuesday, March 26th after fighting with a family relative, and then stabbing them in the back multiple times.

The victim, a witness, and Hux were all in the living room when the fight broke out between the victim and Hux.

The witness stated that during the fight, the victim had thrown Hux to the ground after he had thrown a punch at their shoulder and then the victim repeatedly punched them in the head, causing a substantial amount of injury, according to the probable cause statement.

They then claimed Hux left the living room to grab a pocket knife and then returned and stabbed the victim in the back multiple times.

Hux, told officers that the victim was bullying him as usual and threw a frisbee at his head.

Hux is charged with with third-degree domestic assault and armed criminal action.
