Mexico Public Safety Accident Report 6/14/2024
Calls for service:
Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service on Thursday, June 13, 2024:
- Suspicious activity at Fairground Road.
- Stealing or theft on South Olive.
- Suspicious vehicle at Josephine.
- Animal abuse or neglect on Marine Drive.
- Child abuse or neglect reported at Carrico/Singleton.
Car accidents:
No injuries reported following a two-car accident on East Liberty at Agricultural during the evening hours of Thursday, June 13, 2024.
According to the Mexico Public Safety accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by a 15-year-old Mexico girl was driving west on East Liberty and reached the intersection of Liberty at Agricultural.
The teen stated he had a green light and turned left and did not yield for one-way traffic and collided with a vehicle driven by 19-year-old Kaiden Jennings of Mexico.
No injuries following a three-car accident in Mexico during the afternoon hours of Thursday, June 13, 2024.
According to the Mexico Public Safety accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 30-year-old Matthew Brust of Mexico struck the back of a vehicle driven by 28-year-old Desiree Abbott of Mexico.
Abbott’s vehicle was pushed forward into a vehicle driven by 25-year-old Alyssa Boner of Mexico.
