Mexico’s Paytience Holman And Team Israel Conclude Play In Canada Cup International Softball Championship Tournament

Mexico, Missouri softball superstar Paytience Holman and Team Israel finished up play in the Canada Cup on Saturday, July 6, 2024.

Holman and Team Israel entered the single-elimination playoff portion of the tournament on Friday, July 5th with a 4-1 victory over Team Saskatchewan.

Paytience was brought into the game in the seventh inning and closed out the game.

Paytience also hit and drove in an RBI.

Team Israel then faced Team Mexico in the next round on Saturday and lost 10-0.

Paytience pitched innings and gave up one earned run.

She was relieved in the with one out remaining in the sixth inning.

Team Mexico scored six runs in the seventh inning.

Paytience will now head back to the United States after competing in her first Canada Cup.
