

On August 22, 2024, at approximately 7:50 p.m., deputies from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office attempted to stop a gray passenger vehicle traveling west on the North Service Road near McDonald’s in New Florence.
The vehicle failed to stop and accelerated, leading deputies on a highspeed chase.
The suspect vehicle turned north onto Deer Road, with deputies continuing pursuit by following the dense dust trail left behind.
Toward the end of Deer Road, the suspect vehicle turned around, heading back south on Deer Road towards the pursuing deputies.
Through the cloud of dust, the suspect vehicle emerged, driving straight toward the deputies.
The vehicle swerved and collided with the front end of a deputy’s patrol car, disabling it. Fortunately, the deputy was not injured.
The suspect vehicle then continued at a high rate of speed back toward the North Service Road and onto Interstate 70 West.
The pursuit ended at the 154-mile marker when the vehicle stopped, and two suspects fled on foot.
Deputies from the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office and members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol quickly established a perimeter around the area where the suspects were last seen.
The Callaway County K9 Unit and Drone were deployed to assist in locating the suspects.
The search continued through the night and into this morning. On August 23, 2024, at approximately 9:56 a.m., the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office received information that the suspects had been located and arrested by the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office and the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The suspects, identified as Jessica D. Price, a 33-year-old female from St. Charles, Missouri, and Harrell E. Raby, a 36-year-old male from Truesdale, Missouri, were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Harrell E. Raby has active warrants from several jurisdictions, including Hawk Point, Missouri, for Speeding and Driving While Revoked; Eureka, Missouri, for Speeding and Failure to Produce a License; Cottleville, Missouri, for Failing to Register a Motor Vehicle, Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility, and Speeding 26-30 MPH Over the Limit; and Jefferson County for Driving While Revoked, Careless and Imprudent Driving, and a Miscellaneous Traffic Offense.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office has filed charges against Raby for Resisting Arrest and Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer.
Charges have also been filed against Jessica D. Price for Resisting Arrest, Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Accident, and Assault on a Law Enforcement
Officer.
