Significant Rail Work Planned For Next Week In Mexico

Motorists are being advised of a temporary closure at several railroad crossings in Mexico next week.

Starting on Monday, September 16, 2024, Norfolk Southern will be conducting significant rail work throughout Mexico.

According to the news release the work will include closing the crossings at Route JJ, Calhoun, Jefferson, and Morris Streets.

It is anticipated these crossings will be closed the majority of next week.

Restoration work is expected to be completed by the end of the week, or early the following week.
