Audrain Health And Leadership Meeting

Audrain County health and community leaders hold weekly meeting to discuss COVID-19 plans and share information.

From the Audrain County Health Department, the county is averaging 10 new cases daily with a 7-day positivity rate of 10.5%.

Administrator Craig Brace told the virtual attendees that the department is expecting 200 doses of the Moderna vaccine in sometime next week.

SSM Audrain reported they are averaging 16-17 patients daily at the drive-through testing site at the hospital and that hospital employees will start getting their vaccinations this week.

Phil Iman with the Help Center reported that they may see a slight reduction in the amount of food coming into them from the Food Bank, but it will still be enough to meet the demand in Audrain County.

The Room At The Inn is averaging 4 people per night with an increase expected as temperatures fall.
