
University of Missouri men’s basketball secured its first conference win on Tuesday night at Mizzou Arena with an 83-67 victory against LSU.
With the win, Mizzou snapped a 19-game conference losing streak.
Senior Tamar Bates led Missouri, tallying 20 points, eight rebounds and three steals on the night.
Mizzou improves to 12-3 and 1-1 in SEC play on the season.

The junior who has declared for the NFL Draft, was named to the Associated Press All-SEC second team in 2024.
The Senior Bowl held in Mobile, Alabama provides draft-eligible prospects a chance to showcase their skills in front of NFL scouts and general managers.
The game is set for February 1st.

Mizzou softball pitcher Cierra Harrison has been named to Softball America’s Preseason Top 100 player list.
The Lee’s Summit native ranked 87th in the nation on the list that was released this week.
Harrison and the Tigers will open up the 2025 season at the NFCA Division I Leadoff Classic in Clearwater, Florida on February 7th.
