8-year-old Mexico Boy Hurt in Three-Car Crash

A 34-year-old Clifton Hill man and a Mexico juvenile were seriously injured in a three car accident on Highway 22 east of Thompson last night.

The accident occurred at 10:10pm, as the man fell asleep in his 2010 Dodge Charger, crossed the center line and struck a 2016 Ford Escape driven by 30-year-old Mexico woman. She sustained minor injuries and an 8-year-old male in her vehicle was seriously injured. A 9-year old female in that vehicle also suffered minor injuries.

A tire from that vehicle then came off and struck a 2008 Nissan Rogue driven by a 40-year-old Mexico man.
