Lincoln University Hosts FFA Career Development Event for Future Ag Leaders
Lincoln University of Missouri will welcome high school agriculture students from across the state today (Tuesday), for a Future Farmers of America (FFA) Career Development Event (CDE) designed to build leadership, technical knowledge, and career readiness in agriculture and natural resources.
The event, hosted by Lincoln University’s College of Agriculture, Environmental and Human Sciences (CAEHS), will bring together FFA members to test their knowledge and skills in agriculture-related disciplines while exploring educational and career opportunities.
CDE’s are designed to help students apply classroom instruction in real-world agricultural scenarios. Participants will engage in competitive activities that emphasize problem-solving, teamwork, and technical expertise—skills essential for success in today’s agricultural workforce.
