A Thursday night disagreement between a couple has led to the arrest of a 26-year-old Glasgow man. Noah J Heston was arrested for a assault.
According to a probable cause statement, a Randolph County Sheriff’s Deputy was dispatched to a Higbee residence at 10:29 last Thursday night. where a couple had gotten into an argument and when the woman’s sister tried to intervene the man backed her into a corner of a room. Fearful, she texted her parents for help and when her father arrived, Heston went at him swinging his fists and took the man to the ground.
Heston showed visible injuries to his knuckles.
He was charged with misdemeanor 4th degree assault and bond was set at $1500.
