An adult certification hearing has been set for Today to determine if the juvenile suspected in connection to a robbery and fatal shooting on Ridgemont Court in Columbia earlier this month will be charged as an adult.
The juveniles request for in-home detention was also declined during the proceeding.
The juvenile and three 18-year-olds are accused of robbing Michael Burke on Jan. 18. Burke was allegedly killed by the juvenile during the botched robbery.
