Columbia man arrested for hit-and-run

A 19-year-old Columbia man was arrested in Osage County after he allegedly ran over three people in Columbia early Sunday morning.

Columbia Police Officers were called to a local emergency room around 2:56 a.m. after receiving reports of three injured people. According to a news release from the Columbia Police Department, one person was being treated for life-threatening injuries, while the other two had non-life-threatening injuries.

Police determined the three victims were run over by a vehicle in the 2500 block of Old Highway 63.

Andy Cenobio was tracked by Flock cameras and stopped on Sunday by the Missouri State Highway Patrol. He was arrested for first-degree assault and armed criminal action.
