Two men are facing kidnapping charges after a violent incident outside Bass Pro Shops in Columbia.
Police say 47-year-old Jason Campbell and 31-year-old Davin Rico Douglas Moore dragged a man from a vehicle and forced him into another car.
A witness told officers the victim appeared unconscious during the encounter.
Officers responded to Bass Pro Drive and arrested both suspects at the scene.
Court documents show the victim suffered multiple broken bones and was treated at University Hospital.
Campbell is also charged with first-degree assault.
Both men made their initial court appearances Tuesday in Boone County.
