A Fulton man has been jailed today after alleged child sexual abuse crimes.
Court documents state that on April 15, Callaway County deputies received a hotline report from a girl stating that a man had fondled her.
Probable cause statements say that the girl identified 61-year-old Paul Winkler as the man who touched her, and reported
Prosecutors charged Winkler with First Degree Child Molestation and Enticement of a Child.
He is being held without bond in the Callaway County Jail.
