Columbia Mayor Barbara Buffaloe has reported that she is okay after getting into a car accident near downtown Columbia today.
The incident closed College Avenue at the University Avenue intersection at about 4 p.m., when Buffaloe reported that another car ran a red light, colliding with her vehicle and causing her to collide with a bus.
There was visible damage on Buffaloe’s car and the bus, but so far no injuries have been reported.
