The Missouri Arts Council has announced new appointments to their volunteer board of directors as well as status changes within the system.
Governor Mike Kehoe appointed Lois Brace, former vice chair and executive director of Presser Arts Center in Mexico, as the new chair of the Missouri Arts Council.
