Boone County grand jury has indicted an 18-year-old in connection with a shooting and alleged carjacking at Columbia’s Dick’s Sporting Goods earlier this year.
Darius Lamb faces six felony charges, including unlawful use of a weapon, vehicle hijacking, property damage, and armed criminal action.
Prosecutors say Lamb, who was 17 at the time of the January incident and has since been certified as an adult, is accused of firing shots into the store before allegedly carjacking a vehicle and fleeing.
No one was injured.
Lamb remains in the Boone County Jail without bond and is scheduled to be arraigned Monday.
