Murder Trial Set for Paris, Mo. Woman
A four-day trial has been scheduled for a Paris, Missouri woman accused of a murder from last year.
79-year-old Lois Armour is accused of second degree murder and hindering prosecution for a felony after she allegedly hid another murder suspect, Charles Armour, in October 2025. She reportedly told officers that Charles Armour was not at her house, but when officers searched the residence, they found him in a bathroom with a handgun, and he fired it at the officer. The officer then killed Charles Armour with the return fire and confirmed that he was the suspect accused in the killing of 55-year-old Jonathan Floyd of Perry.
Lois Armour’s trial is set for March 2nd, 2027, while another suspect in the hiding, Patty Armour, is also charged in the case with felony murder and hindering a felony prosecution. Her two-day trial is scheduled to begin 8 a.m. Monday, November 23. A pretrial conference is set for 11 a.m. Thursday, November 5.
